Customer Success Director, APAC

What You Will Be Doing
Come join us in our fantastic journey as Customer Success Director (CSD) and lend your experience and passion for all things Customer.  Reporting into the VP Customer Success, you will lend your subject matter expertise, leadership and direction to support the commercial & operational performance in a region and ensure a high-quality service is delivered to all our customers and people.

The CSD focuses on operational service delivery, customer satisfaction, agreement profitability, growth & retention. The CSD will be responsible for all FSL, MRO & Digital customers “end to end” within the specified region. The CSD will have direct regional accountability, and is responsible for performance management and development of the regional team of Customer Success Managers, Supervisors and/or Coordinators.

What We Are Looking For
We are actively seeking individuals who can showcase a breadth of knowledge and a track record in the industry.  This individual will possess proven experience in leading in challenging operational environments while demonstrating exceptional leadership skills; developing teams, managing business stakeholder relationships (including ELT/Board level members) driving strategic performance, as well as the execution of budgeted deliverables and strategic initiatives.  We want you to have frequent site visits in the region and support varied project/customer contract reviews as well as have a hands-on mindset and an ability to develop the region/function to meet the demands of a business focused on growth, so previous demonstrable examples of the above will be required.

Proven success leading Customer Success Managers, with proven commercial, account management and/or operational experience, ideally within aviation or air cargo, asset management, inflight, MRO and/or logistical operations is desired.  As well as a proven ability to build, maintain and grow an effective CSM team, we are looking for you to provide strong examples of customer facing experience with proven ability to engage in critical conversations with senior executive leadership and create solutions to business challenges and needs

Prior P&L responsibility is essential
