As a part of the Customer Success team, the Customer Success Manager role will offer you the experience of working with one of the world’s leading aerospace partners and place you within one of UNILODE’s specialist teams. The role will enable you to actively lead key Customer Success projects in order to support and deliver for our strategic partners.
The Customer Success Manager will manage the overall delivery of customer satisfaction, profitability, growth and retention for the customer. This individual will be responsible for managing customer agreements, working closely with senior stakeholders, project managers, ground handlers and others to ensure overall project success. They will play a critical role in managing and delivering projects for a key customer, ensuring successful implementation and integration of innovative solutions. This role will require frequent travel to the airline’s main headquarters.

We are looking for individuals to collaborate closely with key customer stakeholders to understand their goals and strategies. We’ll expect you to lead and drive customer P&L, focusing on profitability and cost reduction in-line with business case and business unit expectations; strive for operational excellence and success to meet customer expectations and agreement obligations; drive involvement in business case process for new and renewing customers, as well as preparing draft pricing business cases for new ULD requirements and sale activities for ULD purchase acquisitions.
Plus, we will look to you to establish strong relationships with customer stakeholders, lead cross-functional project teams, provide guidance, motivation, and mentorship to team members and travel regularly to multiple locations (if required) to oversee project implementation, conduct site assessment and engage with local teams.

We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate a convincing breadth of knowledge and experience managing expectations of executive level stakeholders, as well deploy current project management methodologies.
Have proven experience leading accounts and projects, managing executive level stakeholder relationships in the delivery of commercial expectations, an in-depth understanding of customer trends, technologies, and best practices. Previous experience managing customers and projects for aviation industry clients preferred.
