Digital Customer Manager (QTA)

What You Will Be Doing
Here at UNILODE we have an exclusive opportunity to work with one of our biggest and most trusted customers.  As a part of the Global IT & Digital function, the Digital Customer Manager role will offer you the experience of working with one of the world’s leading aerospace partners and place you within one of UNILODE’s specialist teams.  The role will enable you to actively lead key areas of our Digital Products in order to support and deliver in key business critical projects for our strategic partners.

The Digital Customer Manager will manage the overall delivery of Digital Infrastructure and the resulting business value from Digital Products/Service to a large airline based in the Middle East.  Working closely with senior stakeholders, project managers, ground handlers and others to ensure overall project success. They will play a critical role in managing and delivering a complex digital project for a key customer, ensuring successful implementation and integration of innovative solutions. This role will require frequent travel to the airline’s main headquarters as well as other destinations throughout the EMEA region.

We are looking for individuals to collaborate closely with key customer stakeholders to understand their digitalization goals and strategies. We’ll expect you to lead and drive the end-to-end digital transformation process, from project initiation to deployment.

You will define the project scope(s), objectives, and deliverables in alignment with your customer requirements and the various expert Digital/IT customer teams.

Plus, we will look to you to establish strong relationships with customer stakeholders, lead cross-functional project teams, provide guidance, motivation, and mentorship to team members and travel regularly to multiple EMEA locations to oversee project implementation, conduct site assessment and engage with local teams.

We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate a convincing breadth of knowledge and experience managing expectations of executive level stakeholders, as well deploy current project management methodologies, i.e., Agile & Scrum required.

Have proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects, managing executive level stakeholder relationships in the delivery of projects, an in-depth understanding of digitalization trends, technologies, and best practices.  Previous experience managing projects for aviation industry clients preferred.

We expect to receive interest from applicants with Fluent English (written and oral), strong computer IT computer skills including proficiency in tools such as O365, Atlassian, Confluence, JIRA, Excel, PowerPoint & MS Teams.  Agile project management experience preferred plus a flexibility to travel across multiple EMEA locations each month.
