As a part of the Global IT & Digital function, the IT Business Partner role will offer you the experience of working with one of the world’s leading aerospace partners and place you within one of UNILODE’s specialist teams. The role will enable you to actively lead key areas of our IT products, systems and services in order to support and deliver in key business critical projects.
As an IT Business Partner for our Leasing Business you will will focus on Product Vision and IT Systems, playing a pivotal role in aligning the strategic goals of Unilode Aviation Solutions with the development and maintenance of our IT systems and services. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service Management, to ensure that our technology solutions meet the needs of our full-service leasing and short-term leasing business.

Become the businesses expert for the aviation industry, market trends, and customer needs in the context of full-service leasing and short-term leasing businesses. And alongside our cross-functional teams this individual will define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and objectives related to IT systems, while identifying opportunities for innovation, technology-driven improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Plus, we will look to you to establish strong relationships with stakeholders, lead cross-functional IT project teams to create a detailed product roadmap for IT systems catering to full-service leasing and short-term leasing. You will also help prioritize features, enhancements, and projects based on business value, feasibility, and customer impact: oversee the end-to-end execution of internal technology projects and analyse business requirements from various stakeholders to drive the design and development of IT solutions.
What We Are Inspired By
We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate a convincing breadth of knowledge and experience within IT functions and customer success, having a solid track record of delivering in a multi-site, operational business. Previous experience managing projects within the aviation/aerospace industry is preferred but not essential.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management best practices is required. Also, we want to see examples of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements; effective communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders; and demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
