Project Manager, Digital Solutions

POSITION OVERVIEW

Unilode’s Digital Solutions team is building the world’s largest digital ULD fleet  and is establishing a reader network at 250+ airports, creating a fundamental new way of managing aviation containers and pallets and adding value to the air cargo supply chain.

The Digital Solutions Team is looking for a Project Manager to help  drive global digital projects together with our digital customers. As a member of the Digital Solutions team you will be working in an engaging environment, willing to think out of the box and passionate to turn ideas into reality. Being part of a growing new business, you will have the opportunity of accelerating your understanding and skills of all aspects of digital – from marketing, sales, and operations to digital strategy and data analytics.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with airline customers and senior members of the Digital Solutions team to drive global digital projects that make a difference to our aviation customers.
  • Establish comprehensive project planning, involving the IT Team and other stakeholders, driving the projects to a successful closing.
  • Create business cases, project charters, board decision papers and project reports in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Coordinate and lead calls and other interactions between airline customers, Unilode’s Digital team and other stakeholders.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Technology
  • Two or more years of Project Management experience.
  • Experience in the Air Cargo and/or Consultancy industry is a plus.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal  communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer-centric, focused on delivery and driven to be successful.
  • The ability to resolve unplanned events and managing the timely boundaries to deliver.
  • Ability to interact with customers at ease, manage internal and external stakeholders effectively, as well as be a team member to rely on.
  • Resourceful, solutions-oriented and highly motivated.
