Regional ULD Ops Customer Coordinator

Position Purpose

Developing and maintaining customer and stakeholder relationships. Ensures that contractual obligations are met and that customers have a clear understanding of Unilode practices and procedures to ensure control of assets.

Key Accountabilities     

  • Define and agree key processes, measurements, and operational improvements together with designated customers and the relevant operational departments and enforce its adherence
  • Prepare and submit KPI reports, help find solutions to non-performance (internal or with the customer or its representatives), and ensure timely internal escalation of customer concerns with supporting information and possible solutions for review
  • Take action for reducing damage to ULDs and ensuring repair costs are below target
  • Proactively address customer non-compliance effectively with the relevant parties in the customer’s organization
  • Provide Planning team and Sales with customer and competitor feedback; responsible for analysis and reporting of service failures or other important issues

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven experience in airline/airport/air cargo operation required
  • Familiarity with aircraft, passenger and cargo handling processes required
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships internally and externally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to obtain results in a challenging and fast paced environment
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
  • Demonstrated technology proficiency including the Microsoft Office suite
