Position Overview:
The ULD Accessory Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for end-to-end management of ULD accessory/consumables purchasing & logistics coordination of Unilode Aviation Solutions. Support CAPEX ULD & Accessory Logistics Lead, and pooling Operations with day-to-day administrative activities and processes, gather and disseminate information to all relevant parties. Key elements of the role are accessory-consumables stock management, on time order, coordination of production plan and logistics arrangement to ensure customer satisfaction.
General Responsibilities:
- Management of stock balancing and monitoring of accessory/consumables across the Unilode designated customer network and station, with maintaining data driven oversight of entire asset base
- Active management of accessory/consumables induction, and concerned customs formality
- Maintain a daily process with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on time delivery.
- Establishment of purchasing accessory/consumables & logistics report and KPI, own the approval process to conclusion using SAP, MS Excel and other associated documentation
- Gather and publish information regarding outstanding orders, from both external and internal suppliers in a professional manner
- Assist pooling operations (Including CSM/CSC/GSC, MRO and Network Control Group, etc.) to ensure no service failure
- Raise and track all accessory/consumables purchase order, and associated goods receipt control
- Support Procurement team with sharing of technical information concerning accessory/consumables, volume forecast and supplier performance management
- Support CSM with recharge reconciliation to ensure cost control and revenue recovery
Qualifications and Experience:
- University Bachelor or Master’s degree
- English language certificate
- Several years of experience in physical asset/inventory management, ideally in cargo or logistics industry (i.e. containers, pallets, railway wagons, truck trailers, etc.)
- Previous work experience in a multi-national corporation and cross-cultural teams
- Logistics, Procurement and Budget Control experience in a plus
- Experience in Air Cargo or ULD Mgmt. is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
